PRESENTATION:
Today we focus on a five-panel camp cap. Like most camps, this one has a nylon closure. Its front panel is stiffened with buckram to maintain a structured shape.
OUTSIDE:
About the embellishments of this model, you’ll find a woven label on the front. This kind of label allows the use thin or small details in your designs. Woven labels can also be reused as an inside label!On the visor the black border is a bias strip, we also call it “visor lip”. At the back, a flag label is placed next to the closure. Generally, its size is 2h x 1w cm.
INSIDE:
We laminated the inside to unify all the panels and give extra thickness. This also hides the piece of buckram placed behind the front panel. The inside tapping is customised as well with the brand being screen printed.
