Payment and delivery
We offer several payment methods and different types of delivery, depending on the size of your order.
DELIVERY
Delivery methods: Express by air (2-6 business days) and sea (15-45 days). Sea shipping isn’t available for small orders.
Carriers: We normally use UPS, DHL and TNT. We can also work with other carriers or shipping agents.
Shipping costs: shipping costs depend on order’s weight, destination as well as sending options. We do not make money on shipping costs.
Incoterms: FOB (Free On Board), DAP (Delivered at Place), other terms are available.
PAYMENT
Sample:
full sample making costs (including shipping costs) before sample making.
Special considerations:
some factors such as large order, returning client and future business potential may qualify you for special payment terms. Please contact us for more information.
Production:
50/50 (deposit/balance): deposit of 50% before we start production. Remaining 50% before we ship the goods, when production is ready and has passed our quality control. The pre-production sample included with a production order is free.
Payment methods: credit card, Paypal, bank transfer and check (if issued by a French bank).
