PRESENTATION:
The cap of the day is a 5 panels trucker baseball. The front panel, visor and button are lined with premium foam. This cap features some embellishments you might think were not even possible !
FOCUS:
First, we have two woven patches, one on the front panel and another one on the back. Both are outlined with flat embroidery, which gives them a little more volume.
For the second embellishment on the front panel, we have an embossed logo. The process is basically the same as for leather patches except that we don’t heat pressed the logo otherwise the polyester would be damaged and burnet. In this specific case it’s used on polyester backed with foam which gives a subtle and original result!
Can I customize the inside of the cap? Of course ! Here for example the cap features a sublimation printed lining just like on the outside. That’s not all, there is also two different printed tapping artworks.
Final touch, we added a custom woven label on the sweatband.
