With the opening of our new factory in France, we offer a video production service for your French made caps.

Wondering what it’s all about? Throughout each stage of your cap’s production, we capture short video clips that are then edited into three separate videos:

Assembly, embroidery, and finishing. We also create a full version that brings all the stages together, so you can choose the format that works best for you.

What’s in each part?

Assembly: cutting and sewing panels, adding taping, sweatband, closure, visor, topstitching and eyelets.

Embroidery: several stages of your embroidery process are filmed.

Finishing: making and attaching the button, adding special closures if needed, shaping visors and ironing.

Why choose the video service? It’s a great way to showcase the “Made in France” craftsmanship and give a behind-the-scenes look at how your cap is made. Plus, it’s always satisfying to see your product come to life!

Each video is carefully edited to include only the most visually appealing moments.
